Event description
Kay Short, from Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, will provide guidance and encouragement for opening church doors outside of service times.

About this event

Are you insured if you leave your church open? Do you need to have someone there all the time? What if something gets damaged or stolen? What do I need in terms of risk assessment?

Kay Short, Church Insurance Consultant for Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, will provide guidance, information and encouragement from the Insurer’s perspective for parishes who do or are thinking about opening their church doors for visitors outside of service times. Suitable for PCC members, clergy and volunteers – especially those who are worried about opening! – Kay will take you through the 6 steps to opening safely and securely, and will allow plenty of time for Q&A.
