We are holding an Open Day at Empowered Fitness - our brand new personal training studio in Southville! Personal trainer, Amy Oldfield, will be taking a free group workout for up to 10 people. The workout will be great for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, burn fat and increase muscle tone. No previous exercise experience needed and the workout will be suitable for all abilities. Please wear suitable sports clothing and arrive 10-15 minutes before the workout so we can ask you to complete a short health and fitness questionnaire.
