Open day: How LocalGov is ditching CRM and moving to a 'lite' strategy
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead have been implementing a cloud based case management system to replace Lagan CRM, Firmstep and Salesforce.com infrastructures - saving over £80,000 a year.
In the last of a series of 'show & tell' demonstration sessions, we are sharing how the council have delivered new digital services and are planning further integrations.
Having launched a brand new 'Garden Waste' digital service, the council is now busy integrating with Pitney Bowes 'Confirm' the back office system that manages street scene asset management, and with IDOX UniForm, next on the list.
Find out how Jadu CXM is being implemented, which provides a simple to use, real-time chat and tracking service for payments, cases and requests. The Jadu platform also includes a 'MyAccount', a resident login function allowing them to access, pay-for, save forms and track their services on any device.
The day will consist of:
• A demo of the Jadu CXM system implemented for Green Waste
• Presentations from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead team
• Q&A sessions
Sign up and secure your place at one of the upcoming sessions where you can learn all about Jadu CXM. You can also read more about Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead 'Digital by Choice' journey on the project blog.
