Open day: How LocalGov is ditching CRM and moving to a 'lite' strategy
Fri 28 October 2016, 09:30 – 12:00 BST
Attend an open day at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and meet the team delivering digital customer service transformation as the council replace its CRM system and legacy eForms products for a more modern digital experience platform - a ‘Lite’ CRM, saving them over £80,000 a year!
Find out how the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is implementing Jadu CXM - a cloud based ‘Lite CRM’ and case management system. CXM helps customers by providing a simple to use, real-time chat and tracking service for payments, cases and requests. The Jadu platform also includes a ‘MyAccount’ function allowing customers to access, pay-for, save forms and track their services on any device.
The day will consist of:
• A demo of the Jadu CXM system implemented for Green Waste
• A demo of the Jadu CXM system implemented for their Complaints process
• Presentations from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead team
• Q&A sessions
Sign up and secure your place at one of the upcoming sessions where you can learn all about Jadu CXM. You can also read more about Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead 'Digital by Choice' journey on the project blog.
