UNDERSTAND, COMMUNICATE AND RESOLVE

Free training opportunnity

The subject of conflict resolution is vast; however, this training identifies generic core elements that individuals, irrespective of their role, will benefit from. The training will give participants the opportunity to self reflect and understand some of the dynamics of conflict within relationships. The training supports the overall aim of the SCCR - to contribute to reducing the risk of youth homelessness through improving relationships and reducing family conflict.

Participants can evidence their participation through “Open Badging” a digital recognition award system by the SCCR for continued personal development published on the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) open badging platform.

Who is it for?

The course is aimed at practitioners. professionals or volunteers from any sector working with families, parents and young people and has been designed in such a way that it allows the participants to share their knowledge and experience with like-minded individuals.
