OPEN is hosting its first annual conference on 2 December and we look forward to welcoming all of you who are curious about who we are and want to get involved.

We’re the newest in the family of Rolls-Royce UK Employee Resource Groups and we’re here for everyone who is impacted by a disability (visible or non-visible) or underlying medical condition, as well as supportive family members and colleagues – our allies.

We’re not just a support network. We’re also here to raise awareness and understanding of conditions and to influence the company’s ways of working. Our aim is to enable all affected colleagues to be at their best.
