We would like to Invite you all to come along to our regular Open Meditation. This is an ongoing event, open to those who are new to meditation, those who have attended these sessions before and want some review and those who have some experience with meditation.
Meditation is a powerful practice that can transform your life, it can balance your emotions and bring you peace of mind, help you connect to your inner self and the world around you and give you such a huge inner sense of joy, fulfilment and insightfulness that you could never imagine.
