Booking Policy

  • We function under a lead booker policy, where only 1 person from each party needs to book tickets for the whole party.
  • Please reserve the number of tickets for each person in your party.
  • If you are a large party, we may not be able to sit everyone together, but we will do our best to sit everyone as close as possible.

How do I participate?

Simply just show up and ask one of our Waffle staff to point you in the direction of the sign up sheet!

What if I need an accompaniment or a backing track?

If you need someone to accompany you, have a backing track or have special equipment please email: live@waffle.org.uk

What if I need to cancel my tickets?

You will be able to return tickets until 10pm on the Thurday night before the event. After which you will need to call in to cancel your tickets. 01297 34694

Can I add more people to my booking

Yes, please reserve the added amount of tickets that you need. We will automatically group bookings with the same name into one booking.
