About this event
Bards on Boats' flagship vessel, Molly Anna, hosts open mics at canalside locations across London. Our company is on a mission to activate under-utilised canalside locations with live music, theatre, entertainment and educational workshops. Whatever will draw the the public to the canals, help them appreciate them, and take better care of them... that's what we want to host. Got an idea for what your community needs? Let's discuss it for a future event.
IMPORTANT: We can't charge for open air public events. Anyone is free to walk up. But we do need to eat and pay our bills like anyone else. That’s true for the performers on our stage as well. So if you can, please donate, and we’ll share the proceeds 50-50. It’s the least we can do. For them and for you. Thanks for supporting us … and see you on the canal!
