About this event
City Hall's newly formed Digital Transformation Unit is hiring a number of roles to support the ongoing transformation of the Greater London Authority (GLA).
This is an exciting time to work in digital at the GLA – as we bring together our external and internal expertise into a single unit, which will be led by a new Director of Digital.
Organisational design and transformation will be at the heart of the Digital Transformation Unit’s work – helping to put in place the building blocks of a modern digital organisation: a common core infrastructure of shared digital systems, technology and processes on which it’s easy to build brilliant, user-centric services and products for citizens, partners and GLA staff.
As part of this work we’re hiring a number of roles on three-year fixed-term contracts, including:
- 2 x Senior Content Designers
- 1 x Senior User Researcher
- 1 x Associate User Researcher
- 1 x Business Analyst
- 1 x Service and Interaction Designer
- 1 x Training and Culture Change Manager
Join us for a Q&A to meet current members of the team, learn about working at the GLA and ask any questions you might have about the new roles.
