Open Source Sprint - April 2017, London
Sat, 29 Apr 2017, 10:30 – Sun, 30 Apr 2017, 17:00 BST
This April the Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress communities will come together for one of the biggest Open Source sprints in London! It’s a great opportunity to find out about different approaches to common problems, and cross pollinate new ideas and technologies across our communities.
Open Source sprints enable anyone working with Open Source software to get involved with the community that creates it, and take part in improving it.
By participating you will learn from your peers, raise the skill levels of everyone who collaborates with you, and help the thousands of people who will benefit from your contribution.
You're welcome to join us on the Saturday, the Sunday, or both days, for face to face collaboration on improving code, design, and documentation.
If you're new to contributing to Open Source, we run a Saturday morning session to get you up to speed. If you're already a contributor you'll enjoy collaborating with our other experienced contributors.
Saturday 29th April, 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 30th April, 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
A session will be run on Saturday morning to help new contributors understand how to collaborate with the Open Source communities and set up all the tools needed to contribute.
Happy London are our generous hosts this month in their new state of the art IT training facility.
The venue is fully accessable.
