Learn how to create our very own open terrarium. Using both cacti and succulents you will spend an hour and a half mixing the perfect soil, carefully planting your chosen plants and decorating a gorgeous asymmetrical glass fishbowl. 

We have a huge selection of fantastic varied decorative materials. From bark to gravel, from sand to moss. Your open terrarium will be totally unique.

Please note due to COVID there will be a few changes to our workshops. Firstly it will be mandatory for everyone to bring their own masks to wear. Anyone without a mask will not be permitted entry. We have reduced our numbers from 9 to 5 people to ensure everyone has 1m social distancing. However, our workshop is in our basement which is small. We would recommend you drop by the shop to have a look at the space if you have any concerns before you book, as we are unable to issue refunds or make amendments if you decide you want to cancel within 7 days of the workshop (please see terms and conditions below). Everyone will have individual tools to use per person to stop cross contamination. These will be cleaned and not used for 24 hours in between classes.

Please note the price is for 1 terrarium and 1 person building - unfortunately we do not have the space for people to share building a terrarium - so if 2 of you want to come to the workshop please book 2 spaces

COVID 19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hello! Thanks for having a look at our workshop details. We're really happy to be up and running again. Unfortunately during these strange times we have to impose a fair amount of terms and conditions to our workshops which are below.

Please do not come to a workshop if you have any of the COVID 19 symptoms.

Please do not come to a workshop if you are considered vulnerable or live with anyone who is vulnerable.

Face coverings are mandatory and not provided.

We recommend booking in pairs or even the enture 5 space for the workshop if you are uncomfortable doing the workshop with strangers.

Your details will be kept on a database, and if anyone within the group of 6 (including the tutor) is diagnosd with Coronavirus within 2 weeks of the workshop, you will be contacted by the government and told to self isolate. This is the same if you were to go to any restaurant or pub.

You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Please do so via Eventbrite.

If you have to cancel within 7 days for ANY reason (symptoms included), then we will try and re-sell your tickets. If they do not sell, then we will be unable to book you onto another workshop or issue a refund. We know this sounds harsh, but unfortunately we are a small business, we will have bought fresh materials for the workshop and they will simply go to waste if you are unable to attend. However we do have a brilliant solution - which is that we would be happy to make you up a terrarium that you would have made for you to collect at your leisure! OR we can provide you with all the materials and lend you the tools for you to create your own terrarium at home, so you will not miss out.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time. In this case you will be issued a full refund or offered another workshop time.
