Event description

Description

Our monthly evening workshops are our highly affordable offer for everyone who wants to develop and grow, both professionally and personally.

Held at a central London location after work, all workshops are delivered by experienced trainers and coaches in a friendly, interactive and informal setting, which provides you with the perfect opportunity to learn, reflect and practise and most importantly, decide on how you can implement what you have learned.

You will walk away with new clarity, lots of food for thought, an action plan and new contacts.

Confidence In Challenging Speakers At Meetings

Do you sit in meetings and struggle to get your voice heard? Whether that be having the confidence to speak up or actually having the right words. However, the best decisions get made when everyone has their opportunity to input and discuss, so maximising the opportunity for this is important not just for company performance but also individual career fulfilment and development.

This workshop will look at how your confidence may hold you back and tips and tricks to help you challenge speakers in meetings effectively and with credibility.

By the end of this workshop you will:

  • Understand what currently holds you back from challenging speakers in meetings.
  • Know what to focus on to increase your confidence.
  • Be clear on how you can challenge speakers with credibility.

Your Trainer: Joanna Gaudoin

Joanna helps individuals in the financial and professional services sectors achieve greater career success, and their organisations improve business performance, by working with them on their personal impact and relationship building skills. Prior to establishing her own business, Joanna spent 10 years in marketing and consultancy. She now works with clients one-to-one, as well as speaking and running workshops across all areas of personal impact and relationship building; including appearance, body language and voice, as well as the skills and confidence for different business scenarios such as meetings, networking and presentations. Additionally, she helps clients navigate ‘office politics’, facilitated by a diagnostic profiling tool to help clients understand how they currently interact and how this could be improved, to achieve their objectives.
