Cultivate the psychological strengths that enable you to thrive.

This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of wellbeing. We explore the science behind emotions, where they come from, what they mean and how we can transform negative emotions as well as cultivate the positive.

Magic sparks positive emotions that are characteristic of good psychological health. As no one is an expert, it democratises the space, creating an atmosphere of psychological safety and allowing people to share more openly.

Through a series of exercises and psychological techniques we aim to create a deeper sense of meaning in both professional and personal lives. By the end of the workshop, you will have unleashed the magic of an optimistic mindset.


Workshop objectives:

  • Understand why mental well-being is important

  • Reframe perspectives and attitudes towards mental health

  • Take action to improve mental health at work

  • Build and utilise a social support network at the company

  • Cultivate and activate the Belief Mindset


Practical information

You’re welcome to arrive from 6pm for light refreshments; the workshop will start at 6:30pm promptly. There will be a short break during the session and we'll finish at 9pm.
