Held at a central London location after work, all workshops are delivered by experienced trainers and coaches in a friendly, interactive and informal setting, which provides you with the perfect opportunity to learn, reflect and practise and most importantly, decide on how you can implement what you have learned.

You will walk away with new clarity, lots of food for thought, an action plan and new contacts.

Using Your Strengths To Manage Your Career

Have you ever taken time out to think about the elements that make up your career success? We know that it is a combination of your talents/ skills/ behaviours and effort – but how aware are you of your character strengths? These strengths underpin your approach to your work and the meaning you derive from it. By understanding your character strengths and how you use them, you’ll be able to take more active control of manging your career – both in your current role and in any future choices you make.

This workshop will help you understand your character strengths, and you’ll have the opportunity to practise working with them.

By the end of this workshop you will:

  • Have an understanding of the 24 character strengths
  • Know your 5 signature strengths and understand how you use them
  • Recognise where they have worked for you in your career in the past
