Hello, my name is Victoria
I just got back from the Himalayas where I learned a lot more about what Yoga has to offer and I'm looking to share what I have learned by offering two types of classes -
-Ashtanga which is more about discipline and repetition aimed at helping your body and mind gets stronger with each practice; and
-Aromatherapy Vinyasa which is a more gentle and creative way of practicing yoga .
I invite you to come to my open class on Monday eighth of September at 7 o'clock. Everyone is welcome! Please bring your mats your water, family and friends and an open heart of course.
One hour session will include:
Breathwork
Vinyasa yoga flow
Restorative elements
In this class, we will be focusing on opening our hearts through gentle bends and breathwork ♥️😬🫶🏻
There is no expectation for you to be bendy, or flexible or to be able to do everything . This is your invite to gift yourself an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, quiet your mind down and recharge ♥️🧠🙏🏻🫶🏻🫀👀
