Open your Heart to Love with Cate Mackenzie FREE Session
Overview
For many of us, turning towards the heart can feel tender. There may have been experiences of loss, disappointment, or heartbreak, and it can feel safer to keep things closed. In this session, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace — to do as little or as much as feels right for you — always with choice, care, and respect for your boundaries.
This is a free 30-minute mini session offering you space to slow down, connect inward, and listen to what your heart might be quietly asking for. Through gentle guidance, a short meditation, and simple reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to tune into your inner world and explore what wants attention right now.
You may choose to open to your hopes or visions, or simply notice what’s present. You’ll be supported to stay safe, grounded, and held — whether that means sharing, listening, or just being with yourself.
Sometimes, when we allow ourselves to open the heart even a little, something surprising and beautiful can begin to emerge.
This session is an invitation — not to push, but to soften. 💗
