Do I need to book before the event?

We encourage booking your ticket due to the limited capacity of this event. However, we will still be able to accept walk-ins if there is capacity available.

Is Talbot Rice Gallery accessible?

We have wheelchair access from our entrance via West College Street. There is a lift that takes you to the White Gallery. Wheelchair access to the Upper Georgian Gallery is currently not available at this time.

What if I am late?

You can enter the Opening Reception anytime between 6pm and 7.45pm from both Talbot Rice Gallery and the Playfair Library.

Question 4

Is there somewhere I can store my belongings?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of the exhibition and to ensure artwork safety, we ask that you do not bring any large bags or items with you. There will be a coat check at the downstairs entrance of the gallery for bags, coats and other large items if necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I book for the 'Jesse Jones in conversation with Lawrence Abu Hamdan' event?
