About this event

Health • Mental health

Flow Journaling is a simple but powerful way to listen to yourself more deeply. It helps calm busy thoughts, softens self-criticism, and gently brings clarity to whatever you’re facing.

On Thursday 11 September, 7–8pm, join us for this special live session where we'll be Opening the Flow: Journaling Quest. Whether you’re curious about journaling, returning to it after a break, or simply looking for time for yourself in your week, this hour is for you.

Together we’ll:

✅ Experience a soothing relaxation practice

✅ Journal together, to a shared prompt

✅ Share space for questions, reflections and conversation

Who This Session Is For

This is for you if you’d like:

  • A gentle way to quiet your mind
  • A practice that helps you feel more grounded and self-compassionate
  • To experience journaling in a supportive, welcoming space

You don’t need to bring anything except a notebook, a pen and a little curiosity.

"Journaling has been such a powerful tool in helping me make and manage the array of changes I've put in place in my own life. And I'm excited to share part of that journey with you."

Be part of this year's Flow Journaling Quest

Henny Flynn Henny’s work is grounded in compassionate self-enquiry, helping people stay awake to their own lives with honesty, kindness and space to breathe. She works with individuals and groups through 1:1 conversation, reflective guided group work, Flow Journaling, books, gatherings and solo retreats, walking beside those who are ready to explore what is asking to be met.

A former senior corporate leader, Henny experienced a critical illness that prompted a profound shift in how she lives and works. She is an author, podcaster, InsightTimer teacher and retreat host, drawing on many years of training in therapeutic and reflective practices. Her approach integrates the wisdom of the Head, Heart and Hara, helping people meet themselves more fully with a strong foundation of self-compassion.

Her books In the Flow - journaling your inner wisdom and Letters of Love - a journaling practice for wisdom and connection are published by Inner Work Project.

Kate Adams is the founder of the Inner Work Project. A publisher and writer, she's been fortunate to collaborate with many wonderful teachers, healers and creators along the way. Books she's published include A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and Live Well Every Day by Dr Alex George.

The Inner Work Project is devoted to helping us ‘do the work’. A series of inner workbooks; self-study retreats that you can do at home. The mission is to share ways in which we can make the inner journey of discovery. To meet our kindest, wisest selves. To heal and grow. To stop holding ourselves back, so we feel alive and nourished and purposeful.
