Operational Cyber Security 4 Manufacturing Businesses: Updates and New Challenges

Tuesday 2nd December at Aura Centre, Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle 8:30am to 12:30pm

With the ever-increasing number of attacks on business across the globe where large businesses are brought to their knees by organised hackers, one hears very little of the vast number of small manufacturing businesses that are also taken down / out of business by such cyber-attacks. Some business owners sit back hoping that it will not happen to them or relay on their ICT provider “assurance” they are protected (when it is the ICT provider who is attacked) or even consider acting after it has happened to them. The 2024 Cyber Breaches Survey also reveals the significant scale of the challenge we face, with half of businesses reporting some form of cyber security breach or attack in the past twelve months.

This workshop should aim to equip your business with the necessary information and suggested totals to enhance your potentials safeguards. The focus will be covering the whole business not just the office. As more and more manufacturers begin to use the Internet of Things to control, manage and create their products they swing the doors open to potential cyber-attacks. So why not take time out to update and equip yourself with important and practical information – what is 3hrs when you could loss so much……….?
