Event description

This MasterClass explains the detailed use of techniques that show that if an organisation is LEAN and provides delegates with some tools to test in their organisation.

Delegates will build on the learning from the first MasterClass and through examples and debate will develop an understanding of what truly adds value for customers. They will learn why this is important and how this highlights opportunities for operational improvement in any organisation.

Techniques such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Value Analysis and Cause and Effect analysis, will be introduced.

We will discuss how delegates can look at their own organisation with “LEAN eyes” and give them techniques for doing so in between this and the final MasterClass.
