A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.” - Winston Churchill

One year on from the Brexit vote, as negotiations are about to start, we have experienced another general election and a hung parliament. Time will tell what reforms will be made or what the nation will look like at the end of the process. Change is inevitable, and, with great change comes great opportunity--for those who are prepared.

The Penn Alumni Club of the UK and the Kellogg Alumni Club of London have joined together to invite a panel of experts to peel back the policy onion, cutting through the political uncertainty to discuss opportunities in a post-Brexit world.

Daniel Morris (Wharton MBA) - Senior Investment Strategist, BNP Paribas Asset Management, will speak about the macro investment environment.
Andrew Davis - Chartered Accountant and Partner, Davis & Co LLP, will speak about the business and tax environment.
Marc Mogull (Penn/Kellogg) - Chairman and Chief Investment Officer, Benson Elliot, will discuss the real estate investing environment.
Gina Mok CFA (Wharton) will moderate the discussion drawing on her investment experience across asset classes and geographies.

Topics covered:
Investment strategy over the short-term and the long-term
Optimising organizational and taxation structures
Currency impact and the future of trade
Real estate outlook
