Description

Opportunity Knocks! is Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust’s celebration of diversity and inclusion.

The agenda includes two excellent guest speakers, Dr Habib Naqvi MBE, Deputy Director of Workforce Race Equality Standard, NHS England and NHS Improvement and Dr Hannah Barham-Brown, junior doctor, BMA Council member, and gender and disability campaigner.

The event is open to everyone and will be of interest to LCSFT and other NHS staff, service users and carers, people working in health and social care, the third sector and other local organisations.

The day presents a great chance to learn, have fun, meet new people and shape the future of diversity and inclusion at the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

Parking is free and on the Minerva Health Centre carpark

The venue is on a bus route

Accessible to wheelchair users

Gender neutral toilets

British Sign Language interpreters will be supporting the event

Quiet room available for prayer and reflection
