Frequently asked questions

What should I bring to the workshop?

Clothing suitable for light exercise (and the British weather!) and a water bottle. If you decide to stay on to watch the BMC Grand Prix, you may wish to bring food or some money to buy food at the venue.

I'm currently injured, can I still come?

Absolutely. It's likely that you won't be able to do the drills, but hopefully you'll be ok for most of the strength and mobility sections. You'll also hugely benefit from learning about the biomechanical principles.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of PAID parking immediately on the right after you turn into the leisure complex.
