Description

This event is an introductory talk to find out about the positive action you can take with diet and lifestyle to support and optimise brain health.

Last year in the UK, more than 850,000 people were diagnosed with Alzheimers or Dementia and this degenerative, damaging condition is now the UK's number one cause of death. Recent research has confirmed that diet and lifestyle factors are the main reasons for cognitive decline and the onset of dementia.

If you have family members with demetia and you are worried about your future cognitive health, if you are keen to learn more about the ways in which you can preserve brain health and maintain good memory function, then this introductory talk will provide you with the facts.
