Description

Why should you be considering optimising the Candidate Experience?

It’s no secret that the hiring process is incredibly stressful for an organisation. Whenever it comes to investing a considerable amount of resource to find the next go-getting ‘super candidate’ there are bound to be a few bumps along the road. Too often than not organisations are forgetting about their candidates during this stressful time. It can be all too easy for organisations to distance themselves when it comes to the hiring process, especially from the candidate’s point of view.

This lack of thought often leads to organisations making a complete mess of the candidate experience, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth for the disappointed applicant.

There have been many instances where the poor candidate experience has resulted in a negative impact to the organisations reputation. In the digital age, applicants are quick to broadcast their experience via social media, like “Claire” did when she was left waiting an hour to be seen for her interview. Our Executive Learning Group...

Our aim is to shed light on the obstacles and opportunities around Optimising the Candidate Experience, which is why we are hosting an Executive Learning Group on Friday, 11th November 2016, location TBC.

Attendees will be able to identify the reasons why the candidate experience is important and how the best talent can be retained throughout, through optimisation and refinement of their candidate journey.

Together we will...

  • Explore the impact that a negative candidate experience has on your brand and customer base.

  • Discuss factors to be considered when creating a great candidate experience.

  • Review roles such as brand team, recruiter and hiring manager and their impact on the candidate experience.
