Are you sometimes feeling like your life is out of balance? Then maybe it is time to reconnect with you Chakras.
Chakras are the body’s energy centres and we have seven major ones (and many minor ones). Each of those seven Chakras is associated with different body parts and functions, and becoming aware of those and learning how to recharge them may make the difference between out of balance and at peace with yourself.
The aim of this workshop is to help you reconnect with your Chakras. It will give you useful exercises to optimise them and will use targeted meditation to help you understand the individual Chakras and how they work for you as an individual.
The day will start with registration from 09.30am, where tea and coffee will be provided. You will also be supplied with a light lunch which will be another opportunity to explore your Chakras, and there will be plenty of comfort breaks in-between.
