Optimising Your ChatGPT is a practical, step-by-step session designed to help you understand the fundamentals of ChatGPT and what to put in place to help automate and scale your business.

Whether you’re B2B or B2C, product-based or service-led, this session will help you:

• Understand how to personalise your ChatGPT by training it about your business, personality and how you want it to respond to you.
• Create your own custom GPT's, give them instructions and upload files. Think of it like building your own digital team member - one that’s available 24/7, never forgets your preferences, and gets smarter the more you use it.
• Learn how to build "Projects" with file upload and memory. Projects are dedicated workspaces inside ChatGPT where you can upload files, store context, and keep everything organised in one place.
• Use ChatGPT in a way that feels strategic, sustainable, and actually delivers results.

Networking + Coffee (6-6:30 PM): Arrive from 6PM for a relaxed networking coffee with other business owners before we start.

The Masterclass (6:30 – 8:00 PM): A one-hour deep-dive into optimising your ChatGPT, with a focus on perosnalisation, custome GPT's and projects to automate and scale your business. Followed by dedicated Q&A time and some extra time to network at the end (depending on the Q&A section!)
