Oral Health Multi Agency Training

In Leicester, over a third of 5 year old children are experiencing decay, missing or filled teeth, and there is an increase in the number of adults being diagnosised with mouth cancer. Therefore, preventing poor oral health and dental diseases remains a significant priority within Leicester city.

By attending this short course, you will learn more about current evidence-based messages and advice which will equip you to help members in the community to improve their oral health.

You will learn about the causes of tooth decay, plan how to reduce the risk of tooth decay, how to lower your risk of mouth cancer and where to go for additional support.

This training course is for those who support anyone residing in the city of Leicester.
