Join ParkLife to manage the orchard and meadow at Filham Park!
During this session, we will be prunning the orchard trees to make sure they grow strong and healthy, and raking the meadow grass to favour the establishment of wildflowers and welcome insect pollinators.
This event will be a great opportunity to get some fresh air, meet new people and reconnect, and make a positive impact on the environment. No experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved!
Don't forget to wear approapriate outdoor clothing, and bring along work/gardening gloves if you have them. Remember to bring plenty of water and a packed lunch if you are planning to stay the whole day.
