Prepare your taste buds for a delicious, organic 5 course tasting menu made by Ryan Craig - a chef with more than 15 years of experience in 5 star hotels, Michelin star restaurants, luxury yachts and private dining events.
This time the menu is a 'classic' sunday roast, but of course with my own signature favourite additions! All the meat will be coming from my wonderful supplier Swaledale in Yorkshire. There will be Bread and butter for the table and you will be able to choose your starters and desserts on the evening, however for the main course I will require that to be pre ordered, so make sure you choose the right booking time and meat/vegetarian option you want to enjoy!
