Organisation Development – Bringing An Organisation/Culture To Life
This highly engaging and interactive event is for you if you have an interest in how to make the impact with OD work that enables the culture and intended levels of performance your organisation needs. The session will explore connections with purpose and wider strategy and through a case study explore the creation of aligned objectives and activity at all levels. The session will explore ‘what matters’ and how you make the most of what you have. Using case studies and group decision making we will build an OD strategy and supporting frameworks (including measures) along with approaches that will help to get it all to work in practice. Neville will be drawing on latest thinking and research from the UK and the USA where he was this year’s ATD (previously ASTD) Conference Chair.
