The CIPD defines OD as “a planned and systematic approach to enabling sustained organisation performance through the involvement of its people’ – given the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world we now live in, what organisation wouldn’t want to have plans to enable sustained organisation performance through involving its’ people? Yet, how many actually do?
This is a small scale event for (maximum of 20) OD practitioners to join us to co‐ create a playbook on the latest good practice and how some of the more traditional OD models, tools & techniques are being used today. We have a 10 metre wide & 1 metre high whiteboard to fill with knowledge and insight from the people “in the room”. We’ll write up the notes from the session into a playbook – and share it with those who contributed.
