Organisational Leadership and the Menopause.

I am Kerry Bareham. I am Nurse Consultant within St Barnabas Hospice and Co- chair of our Equality and Diversity Inclusion Forum.

I have been asked to come and talk about the work we have completed within St Barnabas Hospice to include an Appendix to our Wellbeing Policy to support people experiencing Menopause and the outcomes and wider learning from this work.
