Why organisational resilience is an essential complement to individual resilience and how, together these can support good mental health.

Session 2 - 13.00pm- 14.00pm

Running on Wednesday 7th July 2021, we’ll be exploring how teams develop collective resilience and share adversity in the workplace.

We’ll look at the components of workplace resilience, why focussing on individual resilience is not enough and the steps that an organisation might take to create an environment where optimal mental health is maintained.

We'll also discuss some of the risk factors for consideration around work resilience, so workplaces can begin discussion on how to notice and act to support workplace mental health.

This session is aimed at senior leaders and managers in HR, D&I and Talent Management who are considering beginning or extending their workplace mental health programme to bring behavioural change.
