This course will be held online via MS Teams. Please ensure you are in an adequate space with no interruption to participate in our learning. We encourage all members attending to have their cameras on to fully engage.

What are our courses like?

Our courses and events are friendly and informal. Our training is aimed at making learning a fun rather than a daunting experience. Everyone’s views and experiences are listened to. You will not be lectured at and given every opportunity to participate and there is no exam at the end.

What happens if I need to cancel my place on the event?

Please given as much notice if you cannot attend the event after booking your place. It is not just time and effort that is put in to ensure that the learning offer meets the aims and needs of the membership but we sometimes have a waiting list.

You are entitled to ‘time off’ to attend the course. Please ensure you have secured this absence to attend the sessions. If you are having any difficulty, please contact your local UNISON Branch, who will be able to assist you.
