ORSC UK Community in-person event
About this event
Dear ORSC-UK community
Join us to explore “what is ours to do’
We celebrate you!
We want to strengthen our connection with you.
We want to reinforce a collective sense of belonging to a group of people with shared values and commitment to developing the skills of building relational systems. And that group includes YOU.
Meeting virtually has kept us all going over the past two years, maintaining relationships and building new networks. But inevitably there was something missing. The ORSC Community Steering Group and CRR UK want to fill that gap.
We have created an event for everyone who has taken part in an ORSC workshop (virtually or in person). We have also invited ORSC faculty and those who are curious about ORSC. So we’d love you to join us in London to relish the company and support of fellow ORSCers and to practise ORSC tools and skills.
About the day
Given that there is so much division, separation and conflict in the world, it can be hard to hold on to a sense that our individual efforts are significant. But in a recent online meeting, we were inspired by Marita Fridjhon (co-creator of ORSC) urging us to explore as a community ‘what is ours to do’. We are taking that as our theme for the day.
We are eager to co-create the content. Most probably it will include:
- Large group facilitation tools (such as string exercise, Informal Constellations, Deep Democracy, Lands Work, Metaskills Wheel)
- Other tools such as the three levels of reality.
- An exploration of the Five Principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) and ORSC Competencies
- We will also offer an Alchemy (the art of co-facilitation) taster,
This is your opportunity to cross an edge, practise facilitating and to experience the generative nature of ORSC.
Who knows what will emerge!
