Osprey watching at Gors Maen Llwyd

An opportunity for some bird watching while we walk to the lakeside and view the young osprey chicks, which should be active at this time as they prepare to fledge. Join us as we watch the activity from the reserve, approximately 300 meters away from the nest. On hand will be two members of the osprey project to answer all your questions and explain what you are looking at. We will provide a spotting scope and binoculars but please feel free to bring your own.

Please dress according to the weather it can be windy and wet but walking boots/ wellies and a waterproof coat will help keep the weather away. Please consider bringing insect repellent as you will be walking close to the lake.
