What shall I bring to Wilderness Retreat?

Please bring all your camping gear waterproof tent, blankets comforts, toilet paper wipes, own cup plate bowl knife fork spoon. Medications. Own water for two days. Yoga Matt. Shawl. Hiking shoes. Warm clothes, thermals for collet night.

Do I bring my mobile phone ?

Yes but only for the purpose of photo talking . On Ixchel retreats. I like you to focus your time and energy immersed into retreat to get the full benefits . Phones are preffered on flight mode for the whole weekend .

Anything else I should bring ?

Something for shared Altar space. Pen, paper, pencils or your journal to fully immerse yourself in this experience. Raincoat. Beanie. Socks.
