This is not a drop in event, please book, spaces are limited, we dont want to turn people away, you can arrive from 1:30pm

So many of us have been affected by poor mental health and suicide. Let's celebrate what we have done so far to make a difference and our hopes, dreams and plans for the future.

We have two fabulous guest speakers coming along, Chris Hopkirk director from the Business of Mindfulness and Cleo Lapidge - 3C’s Advanced Practitioner & Co-Production Lead.

Our volunteers generously give their time to help the charity support as many people as possible. They do an amazing job so we’ll also be giving them a big shout out.

Reefreshments start at 1:30pm, the event will starting at 2pm.
