Event description

Description

Talk & walk

This place has a million stories, onion layers, and unexpected lifeforms: we co-habit this place with flora and fauna of astonishing diversity and richness. Come and learn more, and how to share this natural wealth with our visitors in a way that will inspire them to come back, spend time with us, and to help us love, understand and protect it. Starts with a talk at Yew Tree Gallery, followed by a walk with local experts.

Please register your attendance for this free event. Tea and coffee will be flowing throughout the morning, we hope to see you there!

Please share this information with anyone who has an interest in sustainable tourism on the Tin Coast. We encourage you to car share wherever possible, so please talk to your friends and neighbours.

The Tin Coast has received funding from the Coastal Communities Fund to help the local area plan for tourism in a way that supports the local economy, is respectful of the community, values the local landscape, history, wildlife, culture and looks at a better transport solution for all.

To do this, we have set up the Tin Coast Network. Open to all, we would like to invite you to take part and contribute alongside those who have already joined the Network to look at what we can achieve together, with the funding we have, over the next 14 months.
