Subject to government legislation, our health and care system’s transition to statutory ICS status will take place on 1 July 2022, formalising the way our local NHS and public sector organisations are already working together through Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership (NHCP).
But what does this mean for West Northamptonshire Council and what does it mean for you?
The session, hosted by Anna Earnshaw, will set out how our transition to statutory ICS status will change the way we plan and deliver health and care services in Northamptonshire, why we are making this change and the benefits it will bring.
It will also explain the key organisational changes which will result from this transition – including the development of cross-organisation collaboratives to plan and deliver system-wide service improvements in key priority areas – and what this is likely to mean for your work.
The session will include opportunities for you to ask questions and raise any concerns you may have.
