Description

Young people from Manchester are invited to take part in an exciting new project to lead change and help shape Museums across the city.

You will form a key part of ‘Our Shared Cultural Heritage’, a new project to influence the future of *museums and cultural events for young people, with a focus on British South Asian heritage.

You will take part in a weekend workshop, working with leading youth charity Rathbone Training to build ideas and skills that will help you investigate museums and heritage across your city.

Using your new knowledge and expertise, you will work in a collective of young people to review what’s currently on offer in Manchester, using your voice to shape change. You will use new media and digital skills to help build real solutions to the problems you identify.
