Out for Sport Debate LGBT Sports Clubs: Inclusive or Exclusive
Event Information
Description
A social debate that explores the polarising views of predominate LGBT Sports Clubs throughout London. The debate is intended to stir discussion about their purpose, value and need within the LGBT community. London and the south now boasts over 40 LGBT Sports Clubs. Many of which have been established for well over 10 years and have retained founding members who remain active club members. Over the past 18 months Out for Sport and the recent London 2018 bid to host the Gay Games has attempted to generate greater connectivity between clubs in order to create a stronger voice that goes beyond the LGBT community.
