Out of Office LGBTQ+ Networking Summer Special - Hilton Hotel

Out of Office is making its 2025 Gateshead debut, crossing the Tyne for a rare visit to join the official Gateshead Summer of Pride programme - thanks to an invitation from our friends at Out North East.

We're heading to the stylish bar at the Hilton Gateshead, with its spectacular balcony overlooking the river and the Tyne Bridge - perfect for summer evening drinks if the weather’s on our side.

Earlier this summer, we hosted a packed Northern Pride fringe event discussing LGBTQ+ visibility in the workplace, with some great guests. Visibility still matters everywhere - not just in business, but around the world. But this time, our event is purely social. No speeches - just a welcoming atmosphere, friendly faces, and proper conversation.

Powered by the CBI & PR consultancy Reeves who work together to organise Out of Office, with Reeves covering the Eventbrite fees so your entire £10 ticket goes directly to the bar tab.

Don’t be. Our guests are friendly, and we'll help you break the ice - there’s always someone ready to introduce you.

How it works:

• Tickets: £10. Every penny goes straight onto the bar tab.
• Drinks: Complimentary until the tab runs dry, then normal bar prices apply.
• Tip: Regulars know the drill - arriving on time means being able to enjoying the complimentary drinks. Latecomers may be disappointed.
