  • Event lasts 3 hours

“You survived. But now what?”

Too many men suffer in silence, doubted, dismissed, or blamed for the abuse they’ve experienced. This workshop is for the men who’ve been told to “man up,” who’ve carried invisible wounds, and who are finally ready to understand what happened, and begin to heal from it.

Whether you’re still in the fog of confusion or years out and still piecing things together, this space is for you.

What You'll Learn

This 3-hour interactive and supportive session will help you:

Understand the tactics of abuse — including emotional manipulation, gaslighting, coercive control, and more.

Explore the impact abuse has on your confidence, relationships, identity, and emotional health.

Gain practical tools for spotting red flags, setting boundaries, and starting your recovery.

Connect with other men who’ve been through it — in a space of honesty, empathy, and strength.

Organized by

I am an author, speaker, and advocate dedicated to raising awareness of the serious issues men face, particularly around domestic abuse and narcissistic relationships. Formerly a CEO of a software firm, I shifted my focus after personal health challenges to devote my life to making a meaningful impact in this space.

Through my books, YouTube channel, and lived experience speaking engagements, I highlight the often-overlooked struggles men endure and work to promote healing, understanding, and equality for both men and women. I also provide domestic abuse coaching to help others recognize abusive patterns, navigate recovery, and rebuild their lives.

My mission is to shine a light on these critical topics, challenge stigmas, and offer resources and support to those in need.
