Who you gonna call? We've called Go Cinemas, local outdoor cinema specialist to kick off this summer's season of film at The Great House.

First up is the original 1984 Ghostbusters film, starring comedy legend Bill Murray. Gather your friends and enjoy a nostalgic evening of supernatural comedy.

After the members of a team of scientists lose their cushy positions at a university in New York City, they decide to become "ghostbusters" to wage a high-tech battle with the supernatural for money. They stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, a doorway that will release evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters must now save New York from complete destruction.

This event takes place in the private riverside garden of The Great House event space, the bar will be open for drinks on the night.

Gates open at 8pm, please walk or car share if you can as parking is limited.

The film starts as soon as it gets dark, around 9.20pm & finishes at approx 11.15pm.

What happens if it rains?

The British weather can be unpredictable, the screening will always go ahead in the event of bad weather. Please check the forecast before you arrive and come prepared.

What if it's windy?

High winds, thunder and lightening are the only conditions that will mean we will have to cancel. This decision will be made by our Outdoor Cinema partners, Go Cinemas.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Well behaved dogs are always welcome at Coppa Club! However, if your dog is distracting from others' enjoyment of the film, we may ask you to move

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Your ticket includes your BBQ meal (V & VG options available) and drinks & snacks will be available to buy from the bar. We ask you not to bring your own picnic

Coppa Club is a laid-back place to be used for whatever you need. All day, every day. We first opened our doors back in 2015 in the Berkshire countryside village of Sonning-on-Thames, where we set out to create a venue which offered something for everyone, a local hang-out and a community space.

We’re relaxed, welcoming and informal, our bars serve great wines and cocktails, our lounge areas are comfy with sofas to relax in and plenty of Wi-Fi and plug sockets, perfect for meetings or just for settling in with your laptop.

Our menu focuses on thoughtful, Med-inspired dishes from small plates and snacks to grilled mains, sourdough pizzas and healthy salads.
