This will be an ever changing session where you will turn up to a completely different set up each week. You will use a range of back to basics equipment such as Tyres, Barrels, TRX, Kettlebells, Logs, Stretchers, Ropes, Sand Bags, Weights, Etc alongside a variety of body weight exercises.
The beauty of Circuit training is that it caters for all abilities. You are able to focus on your individual performances and will progress each week.
