Outdoor Collective - Canoeing

The Outdoor Partnership is working with Crosfield Outdoors to offer a beginner friendly canoeing day for women, trans and non-binary people as part of the new Outdoor Collective in South Powys. If you want to learn some new skills, go on a journey and spend time with like-minded people, this day is for you!

Talybont-on-Usk has a cafe, a number of pubs, as well as showers (£1) and toilets at Henderson Hall.

D ate: Saturday 8th November 2025

T ime: 10.00-15.00

L ocation: Meet Henderson Hall Car park, Talybont-on-Usk, Brecon LD3 7YQ (donation of £2 to park)

Cost: £5

Please bring:

Old trainers or wellies you don't mind getting wet

Warm layers, fleece, base layer, etc.

Waterproof jacket (taped seam and hood)*

Waterproof trousers*

Hat/buff and gloves

Water/hot drink

Packed lunch

Rucksack to put everything in*

Any personal medication - eg - inhaler

(Change of warm clothes and shoes, can be left in the car)
