Aim:

Raise awareness of the 9 outdoor gyms
Learn how to use them safely
Gather feedback on the kit - it's simple to use and could work well for less active people.

Who can attend?

People who currently deliver physical activity sessions in Camden eg physios, exercise instructors, OTs who work with the local community. These gyms are an effective, free resource for you to use.
Qualified instructors who would be interested in volunteering with community groups ( eg Mind in Camden, Community Centres etc.) as these groups require support to help people get active.
Parks team staff – to learn about the kit

The gyms vary, find your local outdoor gym . The Camden council website provides more information about the gyms.

Booking:

Please book your space via Eventbrite. The sessions are free and will be delivered by an exercise professional from the Camden Sports and Physical Activity team.

Covid guidance requires no more than groups of 6 therefore sessions must be booked in advance.
